Arrival – Our doors will be open from 10am where light refreshments will be served. The AGM will start promptly at 10:30am.
Parking – There is no parking directly outside the Guildhall. Public car parks are available in Swan Street and Gwaunruperra Rd, both within a 5 minute walk of the venue.
Registration – You will be asked for your name, your mobile telephone number and an email address so we can register you as an attendee. If you have a Marauders QR code, we’ll register you via this method on the day.
What to bring
Nothing specific required today but we would be looking for interested attendees to actively contribute to the Open Forum/Q&A should they wish.

Pre-event Preparation
More hands make light work as they say and most of our events require some level of set-up. If you can help us out to set up the tables/chairs in the room from 9:30am, that would be great.
