About

Health & Wellbeing

Make yourself a priority

Looking after your physical and mental health isn’t an indulgence – it’s essential. By building your own resilience first, you’re better able to face life’s challenges and support the people who rely on you.

Join the Marauders, take that first step today, and get fitter alongside a group of men committed to supporting each other.

Physical, social, and mental health are deeply connected and, at Marauders Men’s Health, we support all three.

We believe improving your mental health doesn’t always start with talking. Sometimes, it starts with something as simple as going for a walk and being around other people. There’s no membership, no commitment, and no expectation. You can attend as little or as often as you like.

The Five Ways to Wellbeing
Our approach reflects the Five Ways to Wellbeing; simple actions shown to improve overall health:

  • Connect: Spend time with others, build relationships, and feel part of a community
  • Be Active: Get outside, move your body, and enjoy the benefits of regular walking and activities
  • Take Notice: Slow down, get fresh air, and take in your surroundings
  • Keep Learning: Build confidence, try something new, and grow at your own pace
  • Give: Support others, share experiences, and be part of something bigger than yourself

Why join us?

Spending time with others, getting outside, and staying active can:

  • Reduce isolation and loneliness
  • Build confidence and a sense of belonging
  • Create space for connection and conversation
  • Improve mood, energy, and sleep
  • Reduce stress and support overall wellbeing

There’s never any pressure to talk but many men find that, over time, conversations happen naturally.

By being part of the Marauders, you have the opportunity to get your own support network in place before you need it. You will be part of a group of blokes all looking out for each other, knowing that you’ll get help and support from men who understand.

We simply offer connection, consistency, and a space where you can be yourself. If you’re unsure about coming along, we understand. You’re welcome to get in touch beforehand or arrange to meet someone at a session so you don’t have to arrive alone.
