Save the date, reserve your place, dust off those Christmas jumpers, practice those moves and songs and get yourself along to celebrate 2026 with your mates at the Marauders.

Cost
The lunch menu is attached which offers a traditional choice of the usual Christmas lunch options will be served, allowing you to choose from either a single, 2 or 3-course meal. The cost will be £29.95 for 2 courses and £34.95 for the full 3-course option, payable in advance.
Reserving your Place
Spaces at our lunch will be limited to around 60-65 seats and are likely to sell out fast so it’s important that you reserve your place as soon as possible. This can be done by paying a £20 reservation deposit directly into the Marauders Men’s Health bank account making sure that you quote ‘XMAS_your fullname‘ as the payee reference. The account number is 35912060 and sort code 30-90-89. The balancing payment will be due in November.
Once you have paid your deposit, please send a message to Andy H on 07767-874171 confirming that you’ve paid, and he’ll reserve your place.
The Talent Show
Last years’ stand-up session was so successful we’re running the same theme again this year and we want to see and hear any hidden talents that lie, maybe untapped, within the Marauders cohort. Anything goes – singing, dancing, jokes, poems to name a few….., and so if you’d like to take part either on your own or alongside one of your mates, please send a message or call Rob Roberts on 07777-607115 to let him know some of the details and how long your slot is likely to take (capped at 10 minutes).
Arrival
The Ship will be open from 11:30am and we’d like everyone to be seated by 12 noon.
Parking
Free parking is available in the pub car park
Registration
We will be taking the usual register of attendees for our records.
What to bring
Christmas Jumpers – we’d love to see you all turn up looking festive in your Christmas jumpers
Talent Show – we’ll have a microphone and speaker system in place for general use but if you have any specific props, music, costumes for your ‘moment of fame’, please bring these along with you on the day and liaise with Rob to ensure that we can help get things organised for you.
Raffle – this year we’ll be holding a prize raffle too so bring along some real cash money with you if you’d like to participate and support our charity by buying a ticket. If you would like to donate a prize or can help to source a prize from local companies or businesses that you may know, we would be extremely grateful for any support. Just get in touch.

Volunteering support
The planning of this event is already underway and is being led by two volunteers, namely from Rob Roberts & Andy H, but if you’ve got ideas on how we can make the day even more special and you’d like to get involved and help arrange things, either before and on the day itself, please get in touch.
We are also looking for volunteers to help out on the day to organise the raffle ticket sale.
