This is a great role for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys helping things run smoothly. You don’t need loads of office experience – just a willingness to help, good communication skills, and basic confidence using phones, emails, or computers.
What the role involves
As a Volunteer Administrator, you might help with things like:
- responding to basic emails or enquiries
- helping keep volunteer or attendance records up to date
- assisting with newsletters or communications
- helping organise events, walks, or meetings
- supporting the team with paperwork or simple admin tasks
- helping maintain organised files and documents
Time commitment
This role can be flexible depending on your availability.
You might be able to help:
- occasionally
- a few hours a month
- or more regularly if it suits you
There’s no pressure – we’re happy to have a conversation about what works for you.
What you’ll get from it
Volunteering with the Marauders can be a real boost for your own wellbeing too.
This role could help you:
- build confidence
- gain administration and organisational experience
- meet new people
- feel part of a supportive team
- contribute to something that makes a real difference
Depending on the role and your interests, there may also be opportunities for training and development.
Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be covered, and eligible volunteers can also benefit from Tempo Time Credits, our reward and recognition scheme for volunteers.
