The National Exercise Referral Scheme (NERS) is a Public Health Wales initiative designed to provide high-quality, supervised exercise programmes for those living with chronic health conditions. By bridging the gap between healthcare and the leisure sector, NERS plays a vital role in the wellbeing space. Marauders Men’s Health recognises their essential contribution to community health, as many referred patients transition from the scheme to regularly participate in our Marauder ‘Sports Hub’ sessions. This evidence-based approach empowers individuals to maintain increased activity levels, improve clinical outcomes, and enhance their overall quality of life.
