Valleys Steps is a wellbeing charity dedicated to helping people help themselves through free, accessible courses on mindfulness and stress management. Originally established within the Cwm Taf Health Board, they offer evidence-based sessions, both online and in-person, designed to help individuals manage stress, anxiety, and low mood.
The Marauders work alongside Valleys Steps to promote these self-help tools to our members, providing a bridge to educational workshops that empower men to take control of their own mental wellbeing.
